7. Good customer service is the best way to stay ahead of the game.  If your customers and prospects are euphoric and you answer their complaints and questions immediately with a resolution, gaining their loyalty and trust will be inevitable.

8. One way to build loyalty and trust is by rewarding your customers that refer others to you.
